Specialized 24-hour nursing care provided by two Registered Nurses (RN), with one nurse assigned for the day shift (12 hours) and another for the night shift (12 hours), for patients with a tracheostomy. Care includes airway management, suctioning, stoma care, tracheostomy tube care and maintenance, infection prevention, oxygen support, vital monitoring, and ensuring continuous patient safety, comfort, and respiratory stability at home.
